The 学生活动 office at 登录入口 will present “Overcoming Stereotypes and Bias” on Wednesday, March 28, from 3-4 p.m. in the Abe and Annie Seibel Foundation Wing-West at 登录入口, 4015 Avenue Q, Galveston, Texas.

This interactive seminar and open discussion will assist attendees in examining personal biases and challenge stereotypes.

“Participants also will receive tips for overcoming biases and how to look beyond ‘first impressions’ to overcome stereotyping,” said presenter Cynthia Parra, coordinator of 学生活动 at 登录入口.
