登录入口 will feature an exhibition of recent ceramic art by Linnis Blanton through Thursday, April 5, in the third floor Fine Arts Gallery at 登录入口, 4015 Avenue Q, Galveston, Texas. 美术馆在大学正常上课时间开放。

布兰顿是德克萨斯州东南部人，也是拉马尔大学陶瓷专业的兼职讲师。 He received his B.S. and B.F.A. from Lamar University, and worked as an art teacher in the Port Arthur Independent School District for 30 years.

Blanton is well known throughout the area for his ceramic vessels and sculptures that subconsciously reference figurative subjects and the organic elements of the natural world in his shape, texture and form. The exhibition will focus on recent works by the artist.
